SJR 13, 46th R.S.

Proposing a constitutional amendment providing that all revenues in excess of the cost of collection accruing to the State from charges or taxes with respect to the operation of motor vehicles or the sale or consumption of motor vehicle fuels shall be used exclusively for the construction and maintenance of public highways.
