Relating to prohibiting the sale, barter or exchange of spirituous, vinous, and malt liquors, or medicated bitters capable of producing intoxication, within ten miles of any fort, arsenal, training camp, aviation field or school where soldiers, sailors, marines, or aviators, other persons connected with National Defense are being quartered; providing suitable punishment in certain cases.
