Relating to defining the jurisdiction of the County Court of Panola County and diminishing its civil jurisdiction; providing that the District Court of Panola County shall have jurisdiction in all civil matters over which by law the County Court would have jurisdiction; providing for the transfer of civil causes from the County Court to the District Court of Panola County.
