Relating to disapprove, invalidate, and strike Rule 168 of the Rules promulgated by the Supreme Court of Texas; providing the effective date of this Act; prohibiting search, seizure, or examination of the person of any party without his consent, in civil actions, except actions under Workmen's Compensation Act.
