Relating to making it unlawful for any person to place, set, use, drag, or have in possession any seine, net, or other device for catching fish, with certain exceptions, in or on certain portions of the waters of Corpus Christi Bay, and any of the waters of Red Fish Bay in Nueces County; defining the term "shore line"; providing a penalty for violation of provisions of this Act.
