Relating to making an appropriation of a certain amount, or so much thereof as may be necessary, out of any funds in the State Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, to pay the contingent expense, and to pay the mileage and per diem of officers and employees of the Regular Session of the Forty-Seventh Legislature.
