Relating to amending the Judiciary Appropriation Bill, by adding thereto a new Section to be known as Section 1a, to make an appropriation of Two Thousand Six Hundred ($2,600) Dollars for the payment of compensation or fees to attorneys, including county attorneys, who, since January 1, 1940, to the effective date of this Act have performed the duties of a District Attorney.
