Relating to fixing the compensation and salaries of members of the Commissioners' Court of certain counties having a population of not less than twenty-five thousand, seven hundred and fifty (25,750), and not more than twenty-six thousand (26,000) inhabitants, according to the Federal Census, in which a military camp is now established or may be established; repealing all laws in conflict herewith.
