Relating to amending certain Statutes so as to include every person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, receiver, or other officer of a court of this State employing any person in this State; requiring wages to be paid to employees of any court of this State to be paid at least semi-monthly; providing for the recovery of penalties and forfeitures by the State; providing a savings clause.
