Relating to providing for the cost of transferring property of units of the Texas National Guard from the armories where now stored to storage at Camp Mabry, Austin, Texas, by making available for the purpose money already appropriated to the Texas National Guard Armory under Item 7 of the appropriation to such Board set out in Chapter 571 on page 1205 of General and Special Laws of the 47th Legislature of Texas.
