HB 370, 48th R.S.
Relating to providing that persons who serve in the Armed Forces of the United States of America, or in one of the Reserves of the United States of America, or in one of the Auxiliaries thereto, who upon their return to Texas desire to attend one of the State educational institutions, may do so without paying a tuition fee.
