Relating to amending the Penal Code relative to work and vacation of firemen and policemen in cities of not less than fifty-five thousand nine hundred eighty-two, (55,982) inhabitants and not more than fifty-seven thousand, (57,000) inhabitants; providing that each violation shall constitute a separate offense; providing penalty for the violation of the provisions of this article.
