HB 414, 48th R.S.
Relating to fixing the compensation of County Commissioners in counties having a population of not less than five thousand, one hundred (5,100) and not more than five thousand, three hundred (5,300) according to the last preceding Federal Census where the taxable value in said county shall not exceed the sum of Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000) for the last preceding year.
