HB 461, 48th R.S.
Relating to the compensation of certain precinct officers, to-wit: sheriffs, constables, and justices of the peace; and providing the methods and means for which such officer shall be compensated for their services; providing that this Act shall become effective on and after January 1, 1944; providing that this Act shall be cumulative of all existing laws not in conflict herewith.
