HB 600, 48th R.S.
Relating to amending the Penal Code by providing that it shall be unlawful for any person to build or maintain a fence, gate, cattle guard, levee, embankment, dam, or other obstruction across any designated road, street, or alley within any incorporated city or town within this State, or across any passageway which has been dedicated or used as such for along as five (5) years; providing a penalty and punishment for the violation of such.
