HJR 17, 48th R.S.
Proposing an amendment providing after adoption all contracts for a greater rate of interest than eight per centum per annum when secured by a bona fide lien on real estate, farm machinery and equipment, live stock, crops or other farm produce, shall be deemed usurious, and except as otherwise provided by the Legislature all other contracts for a greater rate than eight per centum per annum shall also be deemed usurious.
