Relating to amending certain Article of the Penal Code of the State of Texas, so as to include cattle, cows, calves, bulls, steers, hogs, sheep, goats, jacks, and jennys, or any of them and requiring a description thereof; prescribing a penalty for violation thereof by the auctioneer, salesman, or party offering such animal or animals for sale.
