Relating to making it unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to engage in the business of buying, selling, exchanging, or otherwise dealing in automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, or other motor vehicles, for profit, whether by wholesale or retail, in the State of Texas, without first having procured a license for each separate place of business in the State from the Comptroller of Public Accounts of the State of Texas; prescribing penalties; providing a saving clause.
