Relating to providing for an open season when it shall be lawful to hunt, take or kill squirrel in Angelina, Cherokee, Hardin, Jasper, Jefferson, Liberty, Newton, Orange, Polk, Sabine, San Augustine, Nacogdoches, Shelby, Trinity, and Tyler Counties, Texas, fixing a penalty for the violation thereof; repealing all laws in conflict.
