Relating to amending certain Statutes relating to right of recovery of damages by an employee of a subscriber to the Workmen's Compensation Act of Texas who is injured under circumstances creating a legal liability in some person other than the subscribing employer or his agents, servants or employees and relating to the subrogation right of the insurer paying workmen's compensation benefits to such injured employee or his legal beneficiaries and the association may enforce such respective rights as may accrue to him or them against any person other than the employer or his agents, servants or employees and may make compromises or settlements with the person against whom the legal liability may be imposed; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict.
