Relating to authorizing the governing boards of Junior Colleges organized and created under certain Acts, to issue bonds for construction of buildings, equipment, and for acquisition of sites therefor, to provide sinking funds to retire bonds, to levy taxes of not greater than Twenty Cents (20¢); containing a repealing clause; providing a saving clause.
