SB 27, 49th R.S.
Relating to amending certain Acts by providing an exemption of any place or places where or from which ice is sold, provided as much as seventy-five (75) per cent of the gross proceeds of the business done each preceding calendar year at or from such place or places is derived from the sale of ice; providing a saving clause; providing that all laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
