Relating to making an appropriation in the sum of Fifteen Thousand and Thirty Dollars ($15,030.00) for the end of each fiscal years ending in August 31, 1948 and August 31, 1949, to enable the State Department of Health to fulfill the provisions requiring the certification of operators of public water supplies and sewage treatment plants and to provide necessary guidance for the operators of said water supplied and sewage treatment plants in qualifying themselves for certification, and authorizing the employment of personnel and to make certain expenditures.
