Relating to providing Workmen's Compensation Insurance for certain employees of the institutions and agencies under the direction or government of the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas; prescribing duties of clerks of courts in compensation cases under this Law; prescribing penalty for failure to perform such duties; suspending all laws ad parts of laws in conflict herewith to the extent of the conflict.
