Relating to providing for the removal and regulation of removal by the Game, Fish and Oyster Commission by crews or contracts of rough fish or turtles from the public fresh waters of this state; providing for disposition and expenditure of money received from sales of rough fish and turtles hereunder; defining "rough fish"; repealing conflicting laws or parts thereof, local, general or special.
