Relating to amending certain Acts to permit the State Highway Department to issue for the 1949 and 1950 registration years single plate or plates of metal or other material, symbols, tabs, or other devices, in connection with or in lieu of the motor vehicle license plate or plates; repealing all laws in conflict herewith; providing a saving clause.
