Relating to authorizing and providing a method for the Commissioner of the General Land Office to lease to the Port Aransas Yacht Club certain lands on Mustang Island in Nueces County, Texas, constituting a part of what is known as Turtle Cove, and prescribing the terms and conditions of said lease.
