Relating to appropriating moneys out of the General Revenue Fund, not otherwise appropriated, to the Veteran's State Service Office for the purpose of supplementing the appropriations and increasing the personnel made by Senate Bill No. 317, Acts of the Regular Session of the 49th Legislature, for the term beginning with the effective date of this Act and ending August 31, 1947.
