SB 203, 50th R.S.
Relating to amending a previous Act, by providing that when there is a surplus remaining in the Sinking Fund, not in excess of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars, after the principal and interest is fully paid on courthouse and jail bond and bridge or road and bridge bond, it may be used by the county for the purpose of maintaining and repairing the courthouse and jail and roads and bridges of the county as may be determined by the Commissioners Court.
