Relating to amending the anti-trust laws of the State of Texas by amending Article 1634 of the Penal Code of the State of Texas by adding subdivision 3 to providing that among other acts constituting a conspiracy in restraint of trade are those where any two or more persons, firms, corporations or associations of persons shall agree to boycott, or enter into any agreement or understanding to refuse to transport, deliver, receive, accept, erect, assemble, operate, use or work with any goods, wares, merchandise, articles or products of any other person, firm, corporation or association of persons.
