Relating to amending a previous Act of the 41st Legislature, pertaining to the sale of products produced by The Texas Prison System to the State of Texas, its institutions and political subdivisions; providing for the sale of surplus agricultural products and other personal property owned by the Texas Prison System, other than manufactured products produced for the purpose of sales; providing a severability clause.
