Relating to amending a previous Act, fixing the jurisdiction of the 71st Judicial district Court; establishing the terms thereof; granting the judge discretion in holding sessions within the terms; providing for the return of processes, bonds and recognizances issued in existing districts; providing for the transfer of cases in Gregg County to the court of the 124th Judicial District; providing that the judge thereof shall sign certain orders and proceedings for cause in Gregg County; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith.
