Relating to changing the name "Eleemosynary Institutions", given to various state institutions, to "Texas State Hospitals and Special Schools", providing a changed meaning of the name "Eleemosynary Institutions", or any reference thereto, wherever such name or reference appears in the Revised Statues of Texas of 1925, or any amendment thereto, or in any acts of any Legislature passed since the adoption the adoption of said revised statutes.
