SB 303, 51st R.S.
Relating to providing that any person, firm or corporation, taking natural gas from an oil or gas field, shall take such gas at the price and upon the terms as may be fixed by the Railroad Commission after notice and hearing, in the event the parties cannot agree upon the price and terms; providing that all laws or parts of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.
