Relating to create the 118th Judicial District to be composed of the Counties of Howard, Glasscock and Martin, and to create a District Court for such district to be known as the 118th District Court; providing a savings clause; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict and making this Act cumulative containing a severability clause.
