Relating to authorizing the State Parks Board to repair, build or construct a dam or dams on the rivers or streams running through the Huntsville State Park for the purpose of impounding the waters thereof and forming reservoirs or lakes, or other improvements to be used for recreational and park purposes; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith; providing a saving clause; providing for expenditure of such fund.
