HB 106, 52nd R.S.
Relating to amending the Texas Liquor Control Act by providing that any bona fide common carrier of persons, engaged in interstate commerce, upon payment of an annual license fee, may be authorized to store and transport in company stores liquor in containers of less than one-half (1/2) pint for sale by such carrier outside of the State of Texas.
