SB 13, 52nd R.S.
Relating to validating the creation, organization, and existence of all port districts and navigation districts operating public ports; ratifying taxes assessed and levied by or on behalf of such; providing such districts are governmental agencies and bodies politic and corporate, with powers and authorities specified; providing this Act shall be liberally construed.
