Relating to making it unlawful for any person to talk or attempt to talk to any member of a jury in a criminal case about the facts or alleged facts of the case being tried by the jury or to be tried by a person summoned for jury service to try such case, or to seek to influence a member of a jury of person summoned for jury service to try such case except in the regular course of the trial in open court; fixing a penalty.
