Relating to amending certain Acts by permitting a teacher, who while unemployed has withdrawn from the Retirement System, and has since become a teacher, to be reinstated under certain circumstances to all previously accrued prior-service and membership service upon repayment of all sums withdrawn together with an additional amount within a certain period of time and upon completion of additional teaching.
