Relating to establishing and defining a standard motor fuel measurement for motor fuel sold, delivered or consigned to commissioned agents, consignees, jobbers or service stations for resale by such service stations to consumers of the product upon the public highways of Texas; declaring the failure to make such volume correction and temperature reading a penal offense, and providing for the punishment thereof.
