Relating to amending certain Acts prohibiting the use of nets and seines in fresh public waters and otherwise regulating the taking, possession, and sale of fish in certain counties, by eliminating from its provisions the counties of Rains, Van Zandt, Henderson, Cherokee, Nacogdoches, San Augustine, Sabine, Tyler, Jefferson and Orange.
