Relating to making it unlawful to remove, alter, deface, cover or destroy the manufacturer's serial number or other manufacturer's number or other distinguishing identification mark upon any tractor or farm implement; making it unlawful to sell or offer for sale any such tractors or farm implement whose serial number or manufacturer's number has been removed, altered, defaced, covered or destroyed; prescribing penalties for violation of this Act.
