Relating to making it unlawful for any person to tamper with, damage, or destroy any barricade placed upon any street, road or highway; making it unlawful for any person to disobey the instructions, signals, markings or warnings of any warning sign or device placed upon any street, road or highway; providing penalties for violations of this Act.
