SB 13, 53rd 1st C.S.

Relating to amending certain Acts making it unlawful, except under the provisions of this Act, for any person to hunt, take, kill or possess any game bird or game animal or freshwater fish in Llano, Gillespie, Kerr, or Mason Counties at any time; providing a penalty for the violation of any of the provisions of this Act as well as any order, rule, or regulation of the Game and Fish Commission; making it unlawful to provide a new license and providing a penalty therefor.
