HB 416, 54th R.S.
Relating to providing that suits to set aside and compromise settlement agreements in Workmen's Compensation cases shall be litigated under rules governing Bill of Review, to provide that the Courts in such cases shall have jurisdiction to try and determine all matters in controversy between the parties and to award compensation notwithstanding the Industrial Accident Board has not made a final award.
