Relating to providing for the raising of additional public revenue by prescribing certain specific taxes on adjusted receipts; to prescribe the manner and the time of making reports and paying such tax, and the duties and authority of officials and others respecting such payment and collection; to prescribe penalties for the violation of this act; to make an appropriation to carry out the provisions of this act.
