Relating to expanding the marketing opportunities for Texas poultry; to authorize and direct the Commissioner of Agriculture, when requested by processors, sellers or buyers of poultry being processed for marketing, to cause inspections be made of said poultry for wholesomeness; to authorize the Commissioner of Agriculture to issue rules and regulations to effectuate said inspections; to authorize the Commissioner of Agriculture to set fees for said inspection services so as to make said inspection services self financing; to make an appropriation of fees collected hereunder; providing a saving clause.
