Relating to providing the qualifications for jurors in the State of Texas; providing certain exemptions from jury service; prohibiting the separation of jurors after they have been sworn in and before the verdict has been rendered or the final discharge of the jury; authorizing and directing the maintenance of separate jury rooms for male and female jurors, and permitting the housing of female jurors in separate facilities from male jurors in all cases where the juries must be kept together overnight.
