HB 842, 54th R.S.
Relating to repealing Chapter 17 of the Insurance code, pertaining to county mutual insurance companies, and providing for the conversion of existing county mutual insurance companies within ten years into mutual insurance companies organized under Chapter 15 of the Insurance Code; authorizing the Board of Insurance Commissioners to make rules and regulations with respect to such conversion; providing for forfeiture of charters of companies failing to comply with this Act.
